In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the ori77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you confirm you satisfy each time you log in to your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ori77 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 and will terminate any Account found to be held by an underage individual, forfeiting all balances in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would affect your ability to contract.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the ori77 platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Identity: You must register and operate your Account in your own legal name, using your own verified payment methods. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You confirm that you have not voluntarily self-excluded from the ori77 platform or any other gaming platform to which ori77 has an obligation to honour such exclusion. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and believe it is still in effect, do not attempt to register a new Account; instead, contact our support team.

To access the full range of ori77 Services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process and your ongoing account obligations are as follows:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, a valid personal email address, and a date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
2. Username and Password: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for maintaining its confidentiality. ori77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, contact support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.
3. Contact Details: You must maintain current and accurate contact details on your Account at all times. ori77 relies on your registered email address and phone number for security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay withdrawal processing or account security responses.
4. KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the ori77 KYC process by submitting a clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during WIB support hours. Once verified, you will not be asked to resubmit documentation already accepted, provided your personal details remain unchanged.
5. Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. ori77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain password security or to notify ori77 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.
6. Account Suspension: ori77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account pending investigation of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or any other potential breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you during the investigation period.

All financial transactions on the ori77 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The following terms govern how funds move into and out of your Account.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. Processing times for bank transfers may vary by up to 5 minutes during peak banking periods.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ori77, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction limits.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees, to the originating account.
• ori77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ori77 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, ori77 will contact you to agree an alternative verified payment channel.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. ori77 does not impose a maximum single withdrawal limit on verified Accounts in good standing, though e-wallet and bank daily limits apply.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 15 minutes at any hour of the day, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
• ori77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal fraud or money-laundering detection thresholds. Such requests are made in compliance with our international licensing obligations and do not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.
• Funds may not be withdrawn while an active Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to your Account, unless you elect to forfeit the Bonus Balance in full. Contact support to request forfeiture prior to withdrawal.

ori77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Balances carry a stated wagering requirement. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the wagering requirement must be met using Real Money Balance wagers on eligible games before any portion of the Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted single wager is Rp 200.000 per round or spin, unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Wagers exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiry: Bonus Balances expire 30 days after the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a shorter period. Expired bonuses are removed from your Account without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus Balance may be active on your Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous Bonus Balance has outstanding wagering requirements will forfeit the previous bonus automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: ori77 monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where abuse is identified, ori77 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Balance, withhold any winnings derived from it, and restrict future bonus eligibility on the Account.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where ori77 issues a no-deposit bonus, the maximum withdrawal from winnings generated solely from that bonus is Rp 500.000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All games available on the ori77 platform are supplied by independently audited third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. The following terms apply to all game play on the platform.

• Game-Specific Rules: Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to game mechanics; these Terms apply to account, payment, and bonus matters.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ori77 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of ori77 intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

ori77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at ori77.lat/privacy-policy. By creating an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. ori77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and game studios is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the relevant service.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by ori77, subject to our retention obligations under applicable international licensing requirements and AML regulations. Submit such requests to our support team at the contact details in Clause 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ori77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ori77 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ori77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Platform unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party infrastructure including Indonesian telecommunications networks and banking systems.
• Game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG software or live physical game elements beyond ori77's control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security as required by these Terms.
• Any tax liability arising from gaming winnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations.

11.1 Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting ori77 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Balances) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided your Account is in good standing and KYC verification is complete.

11.2 Termination by ori77: ori77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect, and to withhold or forfeit balances as permitted by these Terms, where:

• You have breached any material provision of these Terms, including multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• ori77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable fraud, AML, or reputational risk to the platform.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

11.3 Effect of Termination: On Account closure for any reason, your license to access the platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ori77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ori77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits ori77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to enforce AML compliance obligations.

ori77 acknowledges that its players are primarily located in Indonesia and undertakes to conduct all customer-facing communications in a manner that is clear, accessible, and respectful of Indonesian cultural and consumer norms, notwithstanding the governing law of the platform itself.

ori77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — ori77 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or changes required by regulatory updates) may take effect immediately upon publication to the ori77 website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
